
Mrs. Dean's 2nd graders are learning about Native American cultures. Building models of Pueblo houses.






Mrs. Corbin's first grade class enjoyed writing letters to Santa. They have been mighty good this year and are anxious to see what Santa brings.







Student's in Ms. Bateman's Kindergarten class have been practicing ordering rectangles in size from largest to smallest to make a Christmas tree.








As the holiday season is upon us, Mrs. Bodekor's class is getting ready to travel the world to discover how countries around the world celebrate the holidays and learn about different cultures through reading, math and "travel"



Mrs. Huemoeller's 4th Graders have been working on r-controlled vowels by playing Dots and Boxes.

Ms. Keyser's 5th grade class did an experiment called 'Dragon Racers' to determine which surfaces create the most friction to go along with our Force and Motion unit. Students created dragons then used a marble to push the dragon on carpet, tile, wood, and cement!

Miss Kall’s fourth graders have been working on multiplying numbers with two digits. Today they reviewed their multiplication skills with a friendly competition on Quizizz!



Mrs. Jones has been busy getting the library prepped for the Book Fair which starts November 30 and runs through December 8! Check out some of the new titles in the Library!






Ms. Pullen’s first graders enjoyed creating a caterpillar for the 70th day of school. The students practiced skip counting by 10's to 70 by writing addition facts to equal 10 and adding 10 legs to each body. The students get really excited every 10th day of school for our fun zero to hero math activities.







During our body unit, students in Ms. Labuda's class talked about the five senses. Carving a pumpkin was fitting for the season but also because we were able to use all five senses to observe the pumpkin!





Mrs. Hartle's kindergarten class read Balloons Over Broadway and then created their own balloon masterpieces. They made ninja turtles, bunnies, cats and more!










Third grade students in Mr. Mitchell's music class are getting competitive to see if the boys or girls are the better singers and marchers for "When Johnny Comes Marching Home!"


Ms. Gurish's reading class reviewed patterns and learned about coding using Bee Bots. Much thanks to our Technology Specialists for providing this special event.





Students in Mrs. Miglino's class know that learning can be fun! Her fourth grade friends worked on improving observation skills, processing speed, math skills and social skills while playing "Spot It!"



Ms. Green's 2nd-grade reading class learned about the election process. The students listened to 2 stories, wrote and presented campaign speeches, filled out their voter registration cards, and voted for Duck or Grace to be president!

Students in Mrs. Gray's 5th grade class reviewed their Order of Operations in a fun Breakout box with Mrs. Dannon! Students worked hard to solve each problem to figure out the clues to unlock all 5 locks!





Mrs. Postlethwait’s 4th and 5th grade Math students had the opportunity to practice math fluency facts in a fun and competitive way using 99 Math.





Students in Ms. Epstein’s 2nd grade class had the opportunity to learn about the Eastern Woodlands from a Jamestown presenter!
